11 year old Kyle has an embarrassing problem. When his mum writes a note to his teacher revealing the unvarnished truth, he bunks off school and goes in search of his own solution.

Directed by Simon Neal and produced by Dan Cleland in 2009, ‘Washdays’ is a charming short film that received its premier at Palm Springs International Film Festival and then played all over the world.

The short won Best Narrative Short at Rushes Soho Short Film Festival and then went on to be nominated for BIFA.  The short was produced by Deeply Vale Films.
